This clinic has been so amazing over the years I've been bringing my dogs, even with the change in ownership. Especially over the last 2 yrs with my boy's aging & having increased health issues. The staff is always so understanding & flexible when I've had scheduling conflicts. It's very obvious that both doctors & every tech are all very passionate about the well-being & quality of life for each animal they help. Everyone is always so kind & super friendly with every pet parent too! I 100% recommend them to anyone who loves their pets, big or small!

Overall good visit. Only complaint is they charge me additional for the Rx for my dog’s pain meds to possibly buy elsewhere. I contacted other clinics and there are others that don’t charge. So good service, just frustrated for having to pay more for something I felt I already paid for.

I would give Dr. Rowland and staff 100 stars. Since Covid decent vets haven’t really existed. Our previous vet, Dr. Rob, retired. Since then our animals have been misdiagnosed, almost given unnecessary surgeries and cost us large amounts of money. Banfield, VCA, Companion, and Vetco My kitty wasn’t eating, did some research on local vets and Cordon Road had positive reviews. Tried to go there once before but they weren’t accepting new patients. They are now. Dr. Rowland and his staff are amazing. They don’t upsell, in fact they actually work with you to stay within your budget. Expensive, oh hell yes, vets are never cheap. Didn’t think my kitty was going to make it, Dr. Rowland never gave up. He kept looking for affordable options and answers. After almost a week, I think she’s going to be okay. Dr. Rowland is informative, patient, filled with knowledge and has competent, caring, compassionate staff. Also if you pay with cash there is a discount. Thank you Cordon Road. I appreciate you all

Dr. Rowland and his team go above and beyond for our 16 year-old baby. Everyone is incredible and work in such an efficient quick way! We've been blessed with Dr. Rowland's knowledge and care that has well surpassed any other local vet we've taken our baby to. Thank you thank you! We recommend cordon vet to everyone we know!
