I have never been so insulted by a veterinarian in all of my life. This story starts with how incredibly rude every person I encountered was to me. They refused to let me go back with my dog for her visit until I heard yelpinh and yelling. I will NEVER return and will continue to post horrible reviews and hope that others will rethink using Banfield in Salem!!

This place is absolutely awful!! I brought my dog in for a nail trim and she had a nervous accident. (She’s a puppy and I DID take her potty right before) I could hear them screaming at her from the lobby. Then he proceeded to tell me that his shoe had urine on it and basically It was my fault. As soon as my puppy plan is up I will NEVER return. Please please take your pets elsewhere!!!!

I scheduled an emergency appointment online for my sick dog and when I got there they said that they don’t do scheduling online and that I was not in the system and couldn’t take my dog in until next week. Super frustrating and unprofessional when my dog was extremely ill

While theirs nothing inherently wrong with their hospital/ pet care practices, theirs also nothing to rave about. The reason for my one start review is based mostly on their time management. I've been coming here for 10 years now and I've never been seen at my appointment time. It's unprofessional to ask people to arrive 10 minutes early and then not see them until 30 minutes after their appointment time.
